HI Mike
I’m so sorry to hear about Kim / Maggie (from Ruth at the London Workshop Company).
It has given me and many around me very valuable pause for thought and I wish you and everyone involved strength and peace.
Curiously, it also led me to discover this, which I wanted to share with you and others. I hope this is ok.
I came back to where I am staying and my friend was playing this music, which seemed so appropriate. I told him the news and asked about the music - it’s by Arvo Part. He discovered it through this video. I hope you find it of value like I did.
www.youtube.com/watch?v=PapxE1xTWM0 - it is the third of three…
I’m sorry I can’t be there, but I hope it all goes well tomorrow and am sending lots of love and thoughts.
David
Thanks for posting that.
It was very powerful and moving.

Hi Mike,
I came across this website while researching more about my own illness. I as well suffer from bipolar, and currently struggling to overcome a depressive state. I am very sorry for your loss, as well as the family and friends of Kim’s. I won’t pretend to give knowledge to your pain right now, but i fully understand how terrible this disease is. I can only hope to stay focused, and access everything and everyone i possibly can. Again, Mike, I am deeply sorry. I know those sound like empty words, yet I truly, with all my heart hope you will explore happiness, and share with someone your experiences. This will help others, as well as you.
Wishing you Enough,
Kym..
Dear Mike,
Hoping to reach you through this as not sure how else to contact you. All of us at London Workshop Company who knew Maggie were very upset by her death and we would like to do something in her memory. We thought we would like to hold a poetry and music evening to raise funds for a charity that supports people with bipolar or one that you would like the money to go to. Begore we begin arranging anything I wanted to confirm with you that it was ok to go ahead with this plan and to see if you want any involvement in it.
Between us we are confident that we can get a small venue to host the event.
Please do let me know how you feel about this and in the mean time I hope that you are coping with your loss and have people around you to support you through these difficult times.
Regards,
Ruth
